26.04.19The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with all basic facilities provided. Shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel included — though guests need to bring their own toothbrush and toothpaste.. Restaurants located nearby. Very good experience overall.

26.01.07I had booked a room for 2 nights with 2 beds on Agoda, and was given 1 bed on arrival.
Notified front desk that the booking was wrong and wouldn’t change it, even when I showed home the proof on my phone.
Charged us more for 2 x beds, which I had no choice but to agree to.

25.10.26There is a lot of choice available in Williams. The room was very tight with an oversized timber table and chairs that you couldn’t really use but just takes up space. Using the toilet is like sitting in the naughty corner, I am 5 ft 6 and it was a tight fit. The vanity looks like it had been recycled by turning it around (?) but not sealed. The breakfast offered is very basic and simple. Some serious thought and money needs to be invested to make this property an option. The location is good and our room was quiet.
