Spot Apartments Trindade

Booked a 2 bedroom apartment. It was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Heating and cooling with AC in all rooms. We had a bottle of wine on the kitchen table when we arrived, which is a nice touch. Our apartment faced a relatively busy street - right across Trindade Metro Station, and the windows are very poorly insulated, so you could hear cars and people all night, which was not great. When we arrived, right after 6 PM, we could not get in the building as we did not receive any instructions. The phone number listed in Agoda was not working. Had to search their website, find the right phone number, call them, to get the instructions. They mentioned they should have sent the instructions via Agoda, but they didn’t. So a bit of a hassle but eventually we managed to get into the apartment.

입실 후 방의 청소상태가 안 좋았어요 바닥은 이전에 머물렀던 사람들의 먼지와 과자부스러기와 머리카락이 많이 보였고 침대에도 머리카락이 많이 보였어요. 그리고 다음 날 불만사항을 통보했으나 답변을 받지 못했어요. 그리고 에어컨 필터 위생상태가 다소 맘에 들지 않았으며 일부 에어컨은 떨리는 진동소리가 심해서 밤에 자다가 깨었어요

4박동안 묵었고 조식이 훌륭했습니다. 커피가 기억에 남고 든든히 배를 채울 수 있어 좋았어요. 세탁세제와 식기세척기 세제도 요구하면 주십니다. 다만 수건 개수에 제한이 있는듯 합니다~ 침대 3개로 (소파베드 포함) 상태도 청결했어요. 다시 포르투에 방문한다면 꼭 묵고싶은 숙소에요

시청 인근의 좋은 위치로 관광하기 편함 공항철도역이 바로 앞이라 교통 우수함 직원들의 서비스도 친절함 단, 도로의 차량 소음으로 밤에 불편한 점이 있으니 예민한 분들은 참고하세요
