Stayed for two nights to visit the umbrella festival. Location of the hotel is ideal and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities are ok but we were disappointed that after ordering room service half hour later we were told the kitchen was closed even though it was way before the official closing time.

Our recent stay at the hotel was a largely enjoyable experience. The comfort and spaciousness of the rooms were a highlight. The beds were super comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep for our entire family. The bathrooms were not only great but also spotlessly clean, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. Traveling with a large family of 12 people can often be challenging, but the hotel catered to our needs well and everyone had a good time. However, there were a couple of areas that could use improvement. The swimming pool, while a nice amenity, was located in a separate building. This meant a short walk outside, which was slightly inconvenient. Another issue was the noise isolation in the rooms. The walls seemed thin as we could hear conversations from the hallway quite clearly. This is something the hotel could look into improving. Despite these minor issues, our overall experience was positive. We would rate this hotel as a high 3-star or low 4-star establishment. It provided a comfortable stay for our large family, and with a few improvements, it could easily reach a solid 4-star rating.

15€ extra for the pool that is worst than a pot in a public garden and they said “today no breakfast”… WHY?!
