My only note was that there were extra cost activities which weren’t clear from the website — ex. using the Pilates reformers and racquet sports..

25.03.15 We went here in the off season and it was fantastic! The staff were very attentive but not overbearing and the room was clean. We spent some time at the bar playing pool as well as time in the greenhouse hot tub and it was very memorable!
24.09.09 This hotel was the perfect balance of peaceful, yet inviting. I felt relaxed the moment I entered and could not have enjoyed staying here for 3 nights while visiting the Azores more. The hotel's rooms are beautiful with comfy beds, quiet walls and great AC. The amenities were ideal with a lovely pool and free-to-use sauna and steam room. It felt like I was at a retreat!
The staff were so kind and helpful. The breakfast in the morning had more than I'd have imagined for a hotel.
The location of the hotel was perfectly away from the main Ponta Delgada strip where it was a fresh breath of air, but around the corner to get to when needed.
I could not suggest this hotel more! 10/10!
24.07.10 Hotel is located in the outskirts of Ponta Delgada, so everything is accessible by car (max 7 min until city center). Hotel is surrounded by massive garden, everything is nice. There is a free parking (lots of places). Breakfast is good, you can order omelette from chef. Standard rooms have a terrace with garden view, very nice addition. The only downside for the rooms is lack of ventilation, especially in bathroom, so it gets super humid from shower and weather itself. AC is basic, so it does not remove moisture. We have found much better option nearby for the same price.
