Plaza Real by Atlantic hotels

I’ve been staying at the plaza real for the last 6 years, I’ve never ever had an issue with anyone or anything, Patricia is fantastic she goes out of her way to accommodate your every need, the hotel is spotless and the rooms are very clean and comfortable very spacious, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, I love the place the staff and I love the peaceful atmosphere surrounding the place I would definitely give this hotel a 110%

My daughter and I stayed here, she’s 11 she’s autistic and has adhd we always stay at the plaza real when we are in Portimoa, the staff know my daughter and they understand her, they look out for her and are fab with her and us, the manager Patricia she’s absolutely amazing always makes us welcome and the reception staff (Andre, Amanda, ) they are all so lovely and friendly they are all approachable with absolutely everything, the cafe owner Bruno is fantastic too, all in all it’s a peaceful atmosphere clean and welcoming place to stay and the apartments are massive all in all I would highly recommend staying here, because we always do and will now,

When we booked hotel we payed total price which includes all taxes and fees, but at check-in they didn't give us the room until we pay extra tax. Unprofessional staff. Very big apartment (separate kitchen, living room and bedroom), big balcony, good wi-fi and enough TV channels, nice pool but old sunbeds, 15 minutes walk to the beach.
