Beautiful Hotel / Apartments in great location. Studio was a great size, kitchen was very well equipped and even had a full size dishwasher! Breakfast was very good. Staff really good Unfortunately the restaurant was not open in the evening or the bar as low eason. I think this is bad for a 4 star hotel. You have to eat out / order food delivery. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance but with stormy weather we had we got soaked. Lots of Uber Eats and Bolt food delivered... Spa area lovely but no robe or slippers provided so bring your own. Disappointed for 4 star hotel I would go again and hopefully in the Summer so we could use the outside pools which looked lovely.

Belmar Spa & Beach Resort is located very close to the beach. Their pools are quite nice. The breakfast buffet is not cheap but the food is good. The staff were mostly nice and helpful. We got scolded one day for filling up our water bottles at the water fountain next to the reception desk. It wasnt so much what the staff said but how he said it. He even failed to give us an alternative such as using the fountains in the changing rooms of the spa area. Overall the hotel is good. But there seems to be lots of rules, such as paying extra for bath towels for use in our room. Their pool towel system is good though, it cuts back on excessive waste. They have about 8 large pools you can use, but just make sure you dont take too much water from their water fountains because that would hike their water bill.

We stayed at Belmar the first week in October in a 2 bed 1st floor apartment which was fantastic. The apartment itself has everything you need including a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine. The apartment is very spacious with a long balcony overlooking the pool and with views out to the sea. The facilities within the hotel are also great - the spa was lovely and we made good use of a number of the pools. The staff were all very welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay as relaxing as possible. There's a lovely little juice/cocktail bar next to the pool which make the best mojitos! The hotel is conveniently located with plenty of parking available, just a 5min drive into town and a 3min walk to the beach. Check in/out was easy. Lagos itself is a great little town with lots of great restaurant options and things to do including boat trips out to see dolphins and the caves which we made good use of. Overall we couldn't fault a single thing and would 100% recommend the hotel to anyone thinking of booking

The location is fantastic, close to an excellent beach and a short Uber into the Old Town. Excellent facilities, although the adult only pool could do with more umbrellas. Great quality breakfast with ample choice. We loved our stay here!

Although the facility is beautiful and in a good location, the fact that everything has a price tag. The toilet area is very small but shower is beautiful and large. Our room is a suite which is convenient but there is only thin curtains and light comes in the room. They provide 1 bottle of water and 2 coffee pods for the duration of the 2 days we are here. The staff is not welcoming which is the biggest turn off and clouds the beautiful ambiance and location of this resort. Although we didn't eat at the restaurant, we looked at the dinner buffet which was not impressive.
