3HB Golden Beach

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at 3HB Golden Beach. Prior to arriving I made a request to have the same room as my last visit. The staff were able to achieve this which made our stay absolutely perfect. The resort is located within an easy 2 minute walk to the beach and 3 minutes from the nearest shops, restaurants and entertainment. Although being in such a great location I was not disturbed by any of the local night clubs or restaurants at night. The room and general facilities are immaculately cleaned daily and you constantly see cleaning staff doing a fantastic job. The rooms are spacious, modern and well maintained. Most if not al have a sea view. There is a small bar adjacent the pool area which serves reasonable bar snacks and obviously all the drinks and cocktails. Music is played from the bar which appears to increase in volume later in the afternoon. There are also solo live singers that play on a Saturday and Tuesday. I found that the music could be played too load at times and the singers were in my opinion poor but to b e honest there were holiday makers that enjoyed them so be warned it may not be your kind of entertainment but we al have different opinions. I knew when the singers were arriving so left the pool area. The staff are out of this world and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, assist wherever possible and make your stay fantastic. Every member of staff that I spoke with were pleasant, polite and very friendly. A special mention to Thelma, Sabrina and Hugo in reception who always greet you with a welcoming smile and work tirelessly to assist with all your needs. I cannot wait to return as the place is a perfect gem of a resort.
