25.12.28 All great, clean room, Service outstanding, facilities excellent. If i need to give some constructive feedback, the room we got was seaview, with the bonus of a large Terrace, but didnt have the microwave oven as shown in pictures. Also, we dodnt see any gluten free or lactose free products at breakfast having to ask for nutella every time to the chef making pancake was a bit strange,but staffwere always available to give when asked. it should be made available in self service area. Overall a great experience. Will definitely come back soon.
25.10.25 This property is clean and family friendly. Food was freshly made and nice. Room was cleaned every day. Close to Albufeira using uber.
25.10.13 We had a wonderful stay at Pestana Viking Hotel & Spa! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Everyone, from reception to the restaurant and cleaning team, made us feel so welcome. Excellent service and beautiful surroundings — highly recommend!
Will definitely go there again. I would suggest to go in off peak time to enjoy more without crowd.
25.09.25 The view from our window was exceptional, and the views from the property were stunning as well. The facilities, however, were in need of updating and repair. The sauna did not work the entire time of our stay, the steam room was not hot, and the hot tub was barely tepid. We repeatedly reported these problems and nothing was done to rectify them. Other things about the property were noticeably in need of repair and updating, as well. The staff did nothing to make up for these shortcomings for us. This is an expensive stay for services not to be available.
