Real Marina Hotel & Spa

Best 5 star hotel ever, good location with all facilities. Perfect that all I can say

The property itself is okay, rooms are spacious and well kept. However, the hotel is run very cheaply. Breakfast is basically junk food, nothing for a healthy eater but orange juice. Further the room has a nespresso maker with 3 capsules. I requested more on my 3rd night and was told I would need to pay!!! Same for bottles water- they provide 1 bottle regardless of the number of nights u stay! Further the customer service is ridiculous. I spoke with Ricardo at the desk, and kindly explained that I and laying $350 per night and I would like 4 extra nespresso capsules, and the hotel can either make an exception and give me them to me free, or I’ll be writing this review. He told me very rudely “ok”. I never received the capsules - thus I’m writing this review :(

Hotel is good located but we were very disapointed with the service. Staff is nice but only for easy things. I asked for water to the room and in the hotel there was no water! We couldn’t take from restaurant. There is no help in case of basic health problems. We asked for sea taxi: answer - this is outside of hotel offer. Swimming pool is small, there is no beach nearby - you have to take sea taxi. Closest car rental - airport. Food in hotel terrible, it is like cantine, no taste. Room standard - average, not really 5*. I travel a lot and I am sure this is not the standard it should be. If you are looking for 5* you will be disappointed with the food and service quality.
