Arrive after midnight. When I checkin I was advised that there was a billing issue with Agoda and the hotel, and if I didn't fix it I would be charged twice. I was also informed that it was their policy not to call the booking site to resolve the problem. I was to talk to the manager at 11am next morning. At 11am next morning the manager was didn't show up for work. At 12:30 a different manager showed up. They told me exactly what to put in the email to Agoda. Why didn't they do this themselves before the checkin, is that it's there policy. Problem was resolved in a hour. My issue is if I don't know what went wrong why am I the intermediary between the hotel and Agoda. I didn't send the money or receive the money so why do I the person who knows nothing about it need to fix it. Hotel was good but it was ruined by the checkin policy.

Suite 145 Checked-in: April 2, 2026 Checked-out: April 3, 2026 Very disappointing experience. Our car was parked within the hotel property, not far from the front entrance, and our catalytic converter was stolen. When we informed the front desk, the receptionist told us the cameras “might not have captured that area” and even said we should have parked in the front. That was not possible because there were no available spots left at the front, which is why we parked on the side. This incident caused a major delay to our trip because we had to file a police report and now we cant use our car because of the damage. What made it worse was that the staff was not cooperative when we asked for basic information needed for the report. They refused to provide the manager’s name, which is unacceptable. I’ve worked in customer service and at a hotel front desk before, and providing a manager’s name or business card is a normal request in situations like this. Overall, the lack of security and poor customer service made this stay extremely stressful. I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you’re traveling with a vehicle.

Highly recommended. Quiet hotel, safe and room is very spacious. Room is clean, The hostel is safe. Strong WIFI . Very Comfortable. I slept well.

honestly, it was super nice
