No air condition at the facility , the staff says they fix it but they never, a day after day , التكييف لايعمل بشكل متعمد

We stayed here for 3 nights, location and price are OK for the area. Services are not great, carpet in communal spaces appears very old and dirty. Main issue was we stayed in the height of summer, the rooms AC was not working. When we went to reception they said this is a known problem for that room and engineer would come to fix, after asking about this every day no one came to fix it. We stayed in the summer with temps around 33-34 degrees and was extremely uncomfortable to sleep at night especially with a young baby.
