The pictures did not match reality for the price we paid for. It was like paying premium for motel 6. The AC smelled of mildew, there were dust throughout the room. Although the floors were cleaned, there were clearly built up dust under the bed, along the walls, and all over the AC. We were all sick from the smell of the room for 4 days, including my 6 year old with asthma. There were 2 non functioning safe in the room, we had to request for working one. Our room is located right next to the reception, we can hear all conversations going on outside. The staff were nice overall and was responsive to our request including a new safe and to go back and go back to vacuum the room. However, we would not return back to this hotel.

Staff were accommodating and nice and location was great walking distance to the big Sunday Market and other nearby shops.

Our stay was nice, although the tube of the bathtub in the first room had to be held for it to drain. The location of the hotel was ideal for walking distance to the big Sunday market and other shops nearby. Staff were kind enough to keep our luggage safe until we finished a day trip past our check-out time.

A couple of issues with room that housekeeping should have spotted, a missing tap on the shower so that the rainfall wouldn't work, and the other shower head was not attached so had to be held. Our room also developed a leak under the sink, but to be fair, both issues were sorted by the hotel pretty quickly once we notified than of it. The room felt a little grubby but bed was comfy. Housekeeping changed towels but did not change linen, they didn't even make the bed. Staff were friendly and the location of the hotel was perfect for us
