24.07.09You can see the hotel when you are at the top of the road which leads to the monastries behind the rock from above. The room was big, the view was great and the breakfast was good. There are also tour operators which book the hotel.

Beautiful hotel and facilities, but lack of cleanliness. When we arrived the room had everywhere hair, and especially in the bathroom. we informed the reception, they came (staff from the reception not cleaning staff, which should clean all over the place again) immediately with just an antiseptic spray to clean the hair in the bath.
They said they were full (not 100% as there was availability online) so they couldn't give us another room.
The door of the balcony couldn't open so they came and fixed it.
Breakfast was nice with a variety of products!
It's a shame to pay an amount of money for a 4.5 stars hotel and receive a service like that.
Finally at check out as i have prepaid the amount, they asked me to pay an additional 3 euros tax ( i paid it of course) BUT you can't ask that when all the above was bad!
It's a shame because it is a very beautiful hotel!!!
22.10.02 I stayed at the Grand hotel for three days and I enjoyed it very much. However, if you don’t have a car, it’s about a 25-35 minute walk up and down hills.
The staff were polite, competent, but lacked any type of personality…perhaps it’s the management.
The waiter staff were great! They were very friendly and normal, unlike the front desk people.
The view from my hotel was beautiful, but there were tons of flies and hornets that made their way in to my hotel room. There are no screen doors.
Also there were roosters Maki g noise in the morning, but I didn’t mind, however
