It was one of the cheapest options during high season in Phuket. Place in 15 mins away from Karon beach, nearby is exchange, 7-11 and bunch of cafes. While suite looks little bit old, bed is super comfy. There is nice swimming pool on territory of hotel. For this value, one of the best options to stay.

Dirty and uncomfortable

I chose ot because I like to sleep away from the traffic and people walking by all the time... Nice walk to the beach. Pass by several markets.. Restaurant 100Km away. 7-11 near and a few more resturants Want a bunch of Restaurants. 7min walk to main road... Nice pool big room There is a cooking area if you buy food for room fridge. ASK HOW TO get into pool and youll Pass right through the guest kitchen area.
