25.10.29The hotel location is very convenient. We could walk to the beach, Palamidi fortress & Syntagma square easily albeit via lots of stairs. Staff well help with luggage but travel light is the key due to many steps of stairs.
Parking is free at the old Xenia (?) hotel site. The hotel emailed us instructions to the parking in advance.
Breakfast was sufficient. Their orange marmalade was to die for. It was told that all the jams, food were home made from their own farm.
All the staffs were warm & nice, very helpful.
Would definitely stay again if travel to the area.

24.09.20 we expected this to be better, our veranda room (really a walkway) had a noisy AC unit and the steps, the steps.. the property has a great view, but can be really difficult to navigate. we were able to park a couple of hundred feet away, in an unofficial lot. we are fit and we managed, but any mobility issues, this isn't the place for you.
lastly, we used same day laundry service and got back one half of a pair of socks, but gained a pair of underwear.
really good breakfast and lovely patio.

24.08.24 When we return to Nafplio, we will stay here again. Stunning views, and super kind staff. The rooms are beautiful. Mine had a view of Nafplio harbor. The patio for breakfast is beautiful and other guests were friendly.
2 cautions for folks with accessibility issues: finding parking can be challenging and there are a lot of steps.
