Iberostar Creta Panorama & Mare

We really enjoyed our stay in October in Crete. Food was genuinely very good (apart from the desserts and no fresh juices) and so much variety too! Staff was impeccable and cleanliness top notch. The resort is well laid out and nearby sandy beaches. Only complaint is that all the pools were unheated and therefore freezing cold so hardly anyone was able to swim which is really a shame. I understand it’s costly but to have at least 1 heated pool would have been great! Our family room was very nice, spacious, amazing shower and good mattress (on the firm side) and pillows. They cleaned the room everyday! Overall would definitely recommend this hotel
