Malia Bay Beach Hotel & Bungalows

At first, we were given rooms with a dripping air conditioner and no Wi-Fi access due to a technical issue. However, the manager was very attentive and responsive to our concerns, and she upgraded us to new and better rooms as soon as they became available. When our return flight was delayed, she kindly allowed us to remain at the hotel and continue using all of the facilities, including the swimming pools, the bar, a luggage storage room, and a bathroom with a shower, as well as enjoy the all-inclusive meals served after our official checkout time had passed, which is really not taken for granted. The food was good overall, but the breakfast and the desserts were truly excellent.
