Every detail felt curated for comfort and enjoyment. It was the perfect balance between style, tranquility, and pampering. The facilities are top-notch, the rooms immaculate, and the entire ambiance of the hotel exudes quality and elegance. But what truly set this place apart and made my vacation unforgettable was the incredible staff.
Never in all my travels have I encountered such warm, attentive, and genuinely caring service. The team made me feel not like a guest, but like a cherished friend. Their kindness, attention to detail, and eagerness to help with anything were beyond anything I’ve experienced before. A very special thank you to Irini, Katerina, Alex, and the lovely George (... the list goes on and on!) who were all so friendly and helpful. And above all - the amazing and unbelievable María! There are not enough words to describe María's energy and kindness - truly the heart of the hotel for me - thoughtful, generous, and always going the extra mile. When I look back on this vacation, these wonderful people will be a huge part of the beautiful memory I take with me.
