25.09.30The studio apartment we rented for 2 weeks was modern, spacious, clean, well equipped (oven, hot plate, cookware, fridge, washing machine, air-conditioning, wifi; nothing to miss really), and sound-proofed. The staff is respectful, very helpful, quick to answer any questions. Communication before arrival and during our stay was clear and effective. Cleaning and room refreshing is done every 3 days and scheduled flexibly so that it does not interfere with ones daily plans. The location is convenient, close to 3 very nice beaches 5-10 minutes walking (two of them partially protected from strong waves), 2 large supermarkets (ca 1 km), many very well rated restaurants and bars that will offer virtually any style of food one wishes. The fish swimming in the waters are cheeky and colorful. Chania is easy to reach by bus (every 20 minutes, bus station nearby). Overall, excellent place with excellent services for an excellent vacation.
22.08.12 We spent 4 nights with the family (7 people) and everything was great and up to expectation. Aris (the host) is very helpful and made sure that all our requests were addressed. They cleaned and refreshed the house once during our stay which was appreciated. The house has all the required amenities for a comfortable stay. Families/groups with elder people who cannot climb stairs may struggle since the house entrance (3 bedroom apartment) is on the first floor and when you are in the bedrooms are on the ground floor. The location is great and very close to a nice beach, multiple supermarkets and stores, and very easily accessible to Chania downtown via the main road.
