23.05.16I recently had the pleasure of staying at Infinity Blue Hotel in Crete, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in every aspect, leaving me with fond memories and a desire to return.
From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming staff, who provided impeccable service throughout my stay. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made me feel right at home. Any questions or requests I had were promptly addressed, and they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort.
Iulia the Guest Manager was very friendly and helpful with all information about the Island and renting a car and all the beautiful ladies from reception were amiable and smiled excellent team.
22.06.18 Very clean and pleasant, location is great - close to everything, the stuff are so nice and lovely people, help with everything and do everything happily with a smile!

22.05.14 The staff is very friendly and helpfull. Our room was very clean and localization of this hotel is very good. I very recommend Infinity Blue.
22.05.09 The staff seems to Be too Work oriented. It's bit like someones watching over them and they need to Work like robots. Not all of them, but The atmosphere was not cool and relaxed. It was tensed and Work oriented.
The breakfast and Donner were great!
I did not like The fact that you needed to pay for The Hotels private beach. Just put The sum on The Room. Also you needed to pay 2 € for beach towel. Did not like that either.
But place IS ok, 8/10.
