There's another company, Absolute, sharing the resort accommodations with Letsphuket so it was confusing. The lobby reception staff was from the Absolute company so they needed to call Letsphuket staff to come over and do the check in. The facilities were very good and housekeeping service was daily but didn't replenish the toilet paper when it was almost out. I called the front desk but then again not from Letsphuket company so she asked me to contact the Letsphuket staff which didn't reply, it was evening already. 🤷‍♂️ At least they have a super strong bidet 😅🤦‍♂️ WTF!

Booked only one night for business trip and the staff were extremely formerly and helpful. The location was a bit off from Patong beach but still acceptable for business trip, Grab/taxi is very convenient. The only thing I can complaint is the tooth pick quality, hair dropping in my first usage.. eventually still think this hotel worth its price.
