Stayed here in a twin with my aunt. It is very well located, our room was lovely with gorgeous views of the mountain, comfy & clean, and the place has a beautiful garden/atrium in the middle. No swimming pool or breakfast -- but these things are easy & cheap to get Phuket, and when you factor those into the room cost, this place has everything you need, still works out cheaper and then you can vary what you eat and where you swim. However, people with reduced mobility should be aware that there is no elevator. Finally, the couple who run the place are super kind and helpful. In sum, would definitely recommend staying here.

Tucked away from the hustle and bustle down a side street with a few local restaurants. Room came with everything we needed, comfy bed and nice shower. Within walking distance for Karon and Kata. Thank you

Beautiful building...good size room..close to beach and shops 2 minutes walk...clean and away from traffic....the owner very kind lady friendly and helpfull..i got nothing to complain..I will be back...
