26.04.02Make sure codes are received prior
26.04.02Reception is 15-22 and before that cleaning ladies are there to help but it causes a bit of inconvenience to contact the phone line for codes again and again. They say they send it to email but I never received any. Room is actually poorly ventilated and they shoved too many bed for 8 bunk bed room ( there are probably 14 bunk beds leaving no space to put bags anywhere. Reception guy is pleasant, cleaning ladies are helpful but they need to work on sorting out people to express without hassle and need to contact them.

26.03.23The common space is very nice and well-lit. The self check in process is also very convenient and I like that there is someone checking and cleaning the bathrooms and toilet from time to time. The common fridge is also very helpful for travelers like me on a budget because I get to buy groceries and save money on food. As for my room, on my first night, I was on the top bed. However, I was almost kissing the ceiling and I couldn't move a lot because it was so close to the ceiling. If I had to rummage through my stuff, I would have to get down. So I asked for a bottom bed. Unfortunately, there was none available on my second night so I had to endure again. But fortunately on my last night, they were able to find a new bed for me and I am happy and satisfied :) Their WhatsApp is very helpful and responsive. It is also walking distance from the metro(?). Highly recommended!
26.03.11I had made booking for 2 nights but I missed my flight and flew Stockholm the following day. I contacted the hostel and asked for shifting my booking but they were not flexible at all. As a result I lost my money for the first day of my booking. In general I recommend not to my any biiking before physically arriving in the country. In Africa, Asia etc. they are more flexible. In Europe they are not because they charge the payment beforehand from your card.
