24.05.28Many features, especially staff, location and value are certainly 5 stars. I stayed a full week and was alone in their superior flat. Really? The bedroom was extremely small, the living room (internal and no window) was about 2mx2m and the "kitchen" was just a mini size fridge, a Kettle / toaster and Microwave...
Perfectly ok as a minimal size Apart-hotel ... but I expect more from a Superior apartment.
On the plus side, Aita from the (daily) housekeeping and Maria at reception are total angels. The very small balcony gets the street side in mid-afternoon (2-4pm) and the heavy dark curtains were almost 100% blinds. Towels, bedding and all furniture were new and fresh. I personally found the brand new memory foam mattress terrible to sleep on - but Aita helped me replace it with a 6cm camping mattrass - and that works for me!
The air-con in room 110 was very quiet, but it's thermostat didn't work - so was constantly on super cold ...
