Rodon Hotel And Resort

For a one night stay it is a nice hotel. Two double beds put together though would be difficult for staying longer… Staff is friendly, food is okay.

We visited for Christmas holidays. What a nightmare. Full of unaccompanied children running up and down, shouting all the time. Food at dinner and breakfast buffet ran out very quickly by inconsiderate I would say guests who put more in their plates than would have eaten, resulting in shortages which never were replaced. Quality of food (at dinner) was very low and of unacceptable standards. Breakfast was quite good but the room was too crowded and most items ran out half an hour before closing time (10:00). Of course, they were not replaced. Wouldn't recommend. Parking is also limited because it is getting overhauled by non visitors who park there to visit nearby holiday Christmas markets.

Overall a great weekend at a nice hotel at a great location. Staff was friendly but when we checked in we entered into an argument with the receptionist who demanded that we needed to pay again since he has not been informed that the booking was already paid via the app. After 10 min of heated argument in front of other hotel guests a colleague of his said that our booking was paid and we can check-in. Not the start of the weekend we expected.
