23.05.22This is the second time in two months I have stayed at Napa Suites. On arrival you are met with friendly and welcoming staff. I travelled alone and steer clear of resort hotels. Long walks to facilities don’t ‘rock my world.’ This hotel is perfect in terms of location coupled with free parking. Breakfast is first class with a wide range of delights particularly if you are veggie/ vegan. Although I don’t eat them, eggs are prepared in front of you by a lovely cook. The fruit is fresh and juices nicely chilled. Staff are extremely attentive to your needs and take the time to chat with you to ensure you are happy. If you need absolutely anything staff are very efficient at meeting your requirements. My room requests have been met each time I have visited. Room 214 and 208 are lovely because you are able to enjoy the sun in the afternoon/ evening. The roof terrace has a great vibe with excellent food and great drinks. The hotel is extremely clean from top to bottom. Housekeeping are lovely and I cannot fault their service. I recommend this hotel to all friends and family and will continue to return without hesitation. Thank you to all staff and management for wonderful stays at Napa Suites.

24.01.24We visited on the day when there was a banquet at the hotel restaurant. In a half-empty hotel, we were given a room closest to the restaurant. There was drunken noise until midnight. The doors to the room are very thin. Staff walked past us to the kitchen. I think that you either have a hotel business or a restaurant. The price per night was above the island average. But we were redundant in this hotel. For the owner, renting out the restaurant was more important than the hotel guests.
