All in all, all ok. Location convenient. Nearby eateries many.

We stayed here one night to be closer to the Grindelwald area. It was clean and comfortable with a great breakfast in the morning. A 5 minute walk to the train station and a great location for day trips to Interlaken, Grindelwald and lauterbrunnen.

The building looks like a penitentiary and the rooms match, tiled floors not particularly clean, unable to control your room temperature unless you open the windows. The bathroom smelt of sewerage and the toilet flushed poorly. The building is very tired and the staff weren't particularly interested.

this is an excellent modern city centre hotel with convenient and secure underground parking. Staff were extremely helpful and the continental style breakfast very good. Overall great value for money.

I had a very pleasant stay at this 3-star hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and comfortable. The room was clean and well-maintained. Although the interior was in an old-fashioned style, it added a certain charm and character to the stay. Most importantly, everything was spotless and tidy, which made me feel relaxed and comfortable. As a wonderful bonus, the hotel offers a buffet breakfast with a great choice of local products. It was a lovely way to start the day, with fresh and tasty options that really reflected the region. Overall, I had a good night’s stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for clean, comfortable accommodation with a nice traditional touch and a delicious breakfast.
