Royal Hotel

Its totally unsafe for tourists dirty and i run away i heard screaming and threatening from the room next door i ran i left the property because i am alone and felt unsafe completely i dont advise any tourists not secure at all and i informed agoda how they put property like this and they didn’t give me my money back or solve my problem - terrible experience ruined my vacation and lost of money 😢

The room I booked for was different than the room they gave me , I would not recommend this place for no one , is unclean and got my car wheel damaged, the room was cold and the heating was not working and it was smelly, that's me being honest I would definitely not book this place again

Dear Royal Hotel Manager,                                            How on Earth you can actually charge people to pay and stay in this " Hotel " I do not know.It's definitely NOT a Hotel, It's an old very run down pub that's purchased some flats next door which you have called " Cottage's ".They look more like old council flats , very old council flats. We thought we were booking a Travelodge as seen on Agoda web site.I booked for a 1 night stay, my and I walked into the building site called reception , booked in and were shown across the yard to these "cottages" took one look inside turned around , got back into our car drove off before we had the wheels pinched.We had booked and paid for B&B but was told there was no breakfast, asked for refund and and was refused. Still it was probably a good thing as we would have got food poisoning .What an absolute dumb , even the Illegal immigrants would refuse to stay here.Can I please have a full refund.
