25.07.27What a beautiful retreat to visit. The staff were attentive, professional and helpful when we realised we had forgotten one of our toothbrushes. (Nightmare!)
The food at dinner was very very good, the menu may not initially look like what you expected, but remember it is a health spa and just enjoy some very good food.
The spa also looked top exceptional, however there were some issues. None of the saunas were working, the snow room was out of order along with the indoor whirlpool. Then the steam room door didn’t shut properly so failed to get very hot/steamy.
The room was nice and clean, but the beds were not very comfortable and my partner could feel the springs in the mattress which was unfortunate.
We will definitely be back, but will be checking that the facilities are all working first.

25.05.17This a treat for my birthday and the whole trip was just great. This was the first time that I had been to a spa and was a little nervous why to expect. The staff made us feel very welcome, the food was lovely and the massages were out of this world. Will definitely be going back.
