Dean Park Hotel

Overall a nice hotel with just a few minor issues - breakfast serving cutlery not cleaned regularly, some breakfast options not readily refilled. Rooms very warm yet the Bistro bar/ding room was very cool

The hotel is amazing, although I didn't eat there the prices were really good.

I stayed at Dean Park Hotel while my mother was in the nearby Victoria Hospital. The hotel is fantastic. It’s modern, very comfortable, spotlessly clean and the rooms are large, bright and airy. The rooms are also well equipped and the beds are very comfy! I had a great nights sleep. The staff are tremendous; friendly, welcoming, attentive and nothing is a trouble! Despite all this, it does get even better! The Grande Restaurant is a place of great things. The food is sublime, my meal was one of the best I have had in quite a while! It’s fresh, inventive, perfectly cooked (you have to order at least one thing from the grill during your stay; the chefs here know how to cook!) high quality ingredients and just stunningly delicious. Overall, Dean Park offers a luxury stay and high-end food at a very reasonable price. In fact, the restaurant is value for money you do not see often. I wish I was a more regular visitor to the town so I could visit again and again!

Nice comfortable hotel , but don’t try complaining as hotel don’t want to know and don’t reply to emails .

Stayed here for the night to bring in the bells with family. Room accommodated perfectly for me, my husband and son. Had couple of drinks in dukes lounge was lovely. Didn’t do breakfast or dinner wish we did!
