26.05.01A lovely stay for one night and close to HRW. The only slight disadvantage is the cold tiled floor in the bathroom- perhaps under floor heating especially in winter maybe a option.

26.04.14Stayed over a night, nice receptionist and cafe setting on the riverwas beautiful and peaceful, negatives would be no elavator and room was miles in felt like a maze. Especially careying a child all the way, regardless i would stay again

26.03.02Quaint hotel but a little tired. Room was nice with an opening door to a small shared balcony overlooking the Thames. Bed was comfy, but the facilities were a little lacking. No fridge, sink plug broken, shower wasn’t too bad at all.
Overall value for money and the location, although it says Heathrow T5, is a 20 minute bus ride away. #8 bus from stand 8 at T5 takes you pretty much to the door of the hotel.

26.05.26Half hours into Waterloo station by train and easy walk of 10 minutes from the Stained station..You are allowed to leave luggage in the hotel before checking in if you arrive early. The cafe is by the river with nice view.

26.05.03Booked through Agoda 2 weeks prior. Requested 2 adjacent rooms with river view as family of 4. Arrived to be put in room with busy main road/street view and rooms not next door to each other. Asked to be moved to river view and adjacent rooms. Pic of tree from window was room we were given with a £30 upgrade fee too. Car park £20 2 nights pay on arrival not mentioned on booking and 2nd night car park was full, no spaces. 1 waiter on bar, when we asked for drinks, said he was alone and wanted to go eat his food, although he was working? Maid knocked the kids up early for room cleaning. Generally very run down & tired/scruffy. Broken shower, toilet not flushing, no mattress protector under sheet. Thick winter duvet in summer. No mini fridge in room. Drinks stains up wall in both rooms..see pics. Old peeling rotted wooden windows. Cost us an extra £50 on arrival for what should have been included in the booking. No breakfast included.
