Travelodge Windsor Central

Booked with breakfast and only found out on arrival that kitchen was being done, so no breakfast. Otherwise excellent.

The main plus of this hotel is its location, very close to the castle, the shops, the river etc. Everything is walkable. The biggest bugbear for me was that I stayed a couple of days but only got 30 minutes free WIFI per day!!! You pay for additional WIFI time and to be honest it's not a very good service. That's poor for 2025.

We have stayed here on a number of occasions and will always return to it. The location is so convenient and the staff are outstanding!

Very dated, run down. Not very clean - cobwebs. The travelodge in itself had a bad smell. Dripping soap box all over the bathroom. Very noisy on a Saturday evening. Loud music till 2am.

Stay often on way to Southampton cruise terminal and Heathrow nicer area than airport hotels. See my other review for parking details.
