26.05.07Everything was great, helpful staff, nice lobby and clean room.
My only criticism was that the room was a bit dated. Floors creaked and they need new blinds.
Besides that, comfortable bed, great breakfast and really cheerful staff
26.04.21 We absolutely enjoyed staying here as the hotel had beautiful grounds and in a lovely location. The room was hugh, clean and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was 100%
The curtains could do with changing as very dated, but that was just a minor detail for us.
26.02.20 Lovely grounds, great value for money. Had a great weekend there. Room was clean but the ceiling in the shower was a bit mouldy. Staff were super helpful and the restaurant was wonderful.
25.12.14 Had a lovely night at Stoke Place, the gatehouse room was excellent, very large all facilities in excellent order, would highly recommend. Food and drinks were great and the bartender even made us cocktails that were not on the menu as recommended by my wife.
25.10.10 Had a wonderful time at this hotel, the location is beautiful. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Overall highly recommended for a romantic stay.
