26.04.12We suffered from noise and constant kids running above our floor level. The hotel never offered to move our room - out with that it’s a good hotel for a good price

26.04.07Had an amazing stay. Mohammad looked after us at check in and organised an upgrade for us when we explained that it was our anniversary. He even took the time to deliver us a card and some chocolates to the room - fabulous service! Would fully recommend the hotel, the spa facilities and the excellent location.

25.12.03Lovely Hotel, Nice and Clean, Food nice but there was a member of staff that should not be front of dining room. Far too noisy, and charging about without due care to guests also moving around the dining area.

25.11.06Showers were cold in the hotel room. The staff in the foyer informed us of room service but did not feature a telephone in the phone. The spa itself was ok, the staff were helpful and the sauna great, the pool itself was need of a refurb. For the price of the weekend, the quality did not stand up.

25.10.06Good sized room with comfy bed. Nice breakfast. Dining area looks a little tired, but appreciate artwork throughout the hotel adding character. Dinner was a little disappointing for the price, as burger was a bit dry. Staff were friendly. Grasmere is beautiful

26.04.13Had to get a refund after being moved between 3 rooms during a two night stay due to issues with the room. Manager provided a full refund and was patient.
