26.05.11We have stayed before and will go back but please sort of the pool area and make it as clean and inviting as the rest of the Hotel the "Japanese hot Bath" area is poor and has been poor for a while and fix the jacuzzi and stop calling it a Janapese hot bath because you can not be bothered to get the bubbles fixed. Our bedroom was great for the price. Staff were great food at breakfast lovely

26.05.05I booked room only and didn't dine there so can't comment on the food but the room was comfortable and clean, as was the pool there. The decor is on the older side in the corridors and rooms but that added to the character for me. I was warmly welcomed and also upgraded to a canal view room which was a lovely surprise. I have based my ratings on the much reduced price I paid through Agoda and would not, personally, be able to afford the full room rate.
A lovely place in a handy spot - 10 minutes drive from Skipton centre.
