Thought I’d try this hotel, excellent choice, friendly and lovely staff from check in to check out. Excellent food choices in the onsite restaurant and free parking.

Name is Deceiving as it implies spa and pool facilities Initially Had to ask for a room Change due to a dusty room with unpleasant smell Second room - had to keep window wide open across 5 night stay due to musty smell and dust in room Developed a Cough towards end of the week as a result Asked for a consistent wake up call- at 6am across the 5 days. Received it 3 out of 5 days and at different times on the other 2 days

Staff were lovely, food was very good and room was lovely and bright.

My friends and I booked a room for 3 bedroom here. we came during the evening and checked into the hotel - only to find out that our booking had been "deleted" or ignored. after persisting and showing full evidence fo a valid booking, the staff handed us a left over room. the room itself wasnt an issue, unfortunately it was the washroom. it wasnt maintianed well as there was a strong odour that filled the entire room. things were unclean and damaged and my friends and i had a tough time using it, despite only staying for one night. the staff coudnt give us basic toiletries that should be present in ever hotel, saying "this isnt actually a Spa Hotel." it definitely was an interesting experience. however the vreakfast was pretty good

Was good value but basic very dated very old carpet in bar room wa dated as well breakfast was only alright
