Stayed a night for was. Small town, nice place. no issues.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel Friday night and Saturday night (sept 19&20). We only had 2 nights in Dublin, 5 nights in total in Ireland which makes our itinerary really tight and we needed to be on schedule. This meant that we had to go to bed as early as 9/10pm so we could get a GOOD SLEEP. It is our first time in Dublin and we were hoping to have a great experience but as much as we wanted to like your hotel, we had a very unpleasant experience waking up to a loud karaoke noise coming from one of your function rooms and we are very much disappointed that we were not informed about this ahead of time. We paid money to this hotel to literally sleep. We went to the front desk only to be told “we’re sorry but there’s nothing we can do about this and that the party will be over at midnight”. We had to be up and wait an hour for the noise to be done. And was not able to go back to bed until about 3am. This is NOT WHAT WE PAID FOR. We didn’t choose to stay up to party. We were woken up by the party. This is downright unacceptable! If we knew that there was a party going on, we would’ve not stayed at this hotel. We had to drive to Belfast the next day very tired with very little sleep. And got to Belfast only to cancel plans as we had no energy to do anything. The manager we talked to that night had promised to reach out to me but I’ve heard NOTHING so I decided to email them. We demanded some sort of resolution as this was not only was a bad experience but also has greatly impacted our plans in our short stay here in Ireland. We asked for a refund for one night but all they could do is offer us a discount rate the next time we book. We told them we have no plans of visiting Ireland again. But still they insisted they can only offer the discount. Very bad experience! We do not recommmend.

location of the hotel was in a nice small town, the food was great, walking to close by stores. There was also a nice walking trail. The outdoor court yard was great as well.

Comfortable and clean, spacious rooms. Enjoyable stay with friendly welcoming staff. Lovely atmosphere throughout. We will defo be back.
