26.04.12We got the hotel and was met with very friendly and helpful staff, the customer cafe was exceptional, the hotel is very basic but clean and in as very good location from the city, would highly recommend.

25.10.10Pretty old place. Was outside a McDonalds takeaway and noisy from cars. No aircon, only heating and the room was stuffy and smelt of Bleach. Window was open, but had to close due to noise outside. Room was upstairs and no lift.

24.08.25Asked for quiet room due to travelling with toddler, had to go down to porter at 12:30 to complain about noise as our room was right next to mc Donald’s drive though and could not sleep due to constant noise of car engines passing. He said he would ring guards but this continued until after 1am. If you request and pay for a quiet room that is what you expect
