The staff were really lovely. The hotel is old and dark. The pillows were hard. The breakfast was very basic not much for vegetarians. Scrambled egg was just awful. But again the staff were lovely

Very reasonably priced accommodation to explore Kerry beauty spots.

Lively looking hotel, with unusual multilevel interior configuration, mainly at reception, bars and restaurant. Impecably clean toilets, truly impressed by restaurant restrooms. Very nice, responsive and helpful restaurant staff. The reception lady is blazé about the whole guest care thing, may be entitle to a full refund from her Charm School. Rooms are Ok, clean, but in gire need of revamp of their 80s design and kit. Self closing Doors are extremely noisy, particularly when other guest groups decide to knock and open, slam each others door at 6 am.

Grand reasonable hotel with friendly staff right next to all the towns amenities
