26.03.14We normally prefer older, heritage type hotels but this place was really excellent with a lovely relaxing vibe.
Our room was very spacious with an great view of Trim castle and we really enjoyed the breakfast.
If you are coming to this part of Ireland for any reason......

25.05.25A perfect location in a beautifully cared for town

24.09.30I booked the room after 12am at night in error rendering my booking the wrong date. I phoned at the time and was told it shouldn't be a problem to ring in morning and change for what would have been obviously the Saturday night and not friday post mid night.
They had no rooms apparantly and i was denied a refund by the actual in house manager. It was very clear to all that a check in post mid night was not going to happen but yet they were happy to take the payment.
Very very poor customer service and shocking communication. The resort is nice as i've stayed before but do not make any booking or admin error as all else fails here in terms of making any change to booking. I will never book there again

기계실 소음으로 잠을 잘못잤습니다.
객실 복도 식당의 청소상태가 나쁩니다.
화장실 변기는 앉을때 마다 삐그덕 거립니다.
호텔 바로 앞 Trim castle은 멋있고
동네는 차분하고 예쁩니다
