26.05.13I paid extra for a balcony overviewing the river... I only saw trees. The balcony door lock was jammed... had to get the mechanic ! No bottled weter included. Wi fi too slow to make connection via smart TV for You Tube or Netflix ! The toilet flush kept leaking all night, very annoying. Breakfast medeokre for 4* hotel. Everything was cooked (eggs, toast, sausages etc) but was all cold even at 7am !! Very well situated close to the town, but of no real toeristical importance. I recommend staying only for max 2 nights for drive through from airport. Fantastic waterfall only 9km.
25.11.07 Dirty carpet, most facility in the room is spoil. Staff not respond to attend to it. No drinking water, no coffee n tea. Only dirty room to sleep
22.07.03 We arrived at 10pm and there was something broken with our door. We got a new room and ate in the hotel restaurant. We took one bite, spit it out , paid, and left. There was a concert next door and our room shook until 2am. The bed was extremely hard. No view. We couldn’t leave there fast enough.
