The Sebel Byron Bay

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Sebel, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The accommodation itself was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The room was thoughtfully designed, offering both comfort and functionality, with high-quality amenities that made the stay feel luxurious yet welcoming. The attention to detail in cleanliness and presentation truly stood out. What made the experience exceptional, however, was the professional customer service — especially from Marzia from Italy. Marzia went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Her warm personality, genuine kindness, and calm professionalism created an immediate sense of comfort. She handled every request efficiently and with a smile, demonstrating true hospitality expertise. It’s rare to encounter someone who combines friendliness with such a high level of competence. Mazia is a true asset to The Sebel, and her dedication to guest satisfaction made my stay memorable. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and exceptional service. I will definitely be returning!

Easy to find, good location, clean room. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Worth the sale price but not the full price. It is an aging facility that had had an upgrade so it shows a few signs of aging in the bathroom.

Good basic accommodation in city centre.

Staying for 1-night enroute Sydney to Gold Cosst, we found this location convenient and room is new and functional. Though the exterior looks old, the interior is pretty new and clean. They even offer some complimentary snacks. Very friendly staff at reception and on-site parking is very spacious.

We just checked out of our room after 3 great nights! The room was clean, spacious and full of light. We checked in after hours, which was a breeze, and the staff were friendly and helpful with anything we needed during our stay. The location is perfect for access to anything in town, and a very short walk to the stunning main beach of Byron. We will be back.
