A last minute late night booking I regret! Firstly it is incorrectly named. Proper name is Fair Dinkum Motel. No instructions on how to check in or directions to property. Phone number on listing is not connected. Had to use own logic to find a number for Fair Dinkum. Advised that key is under mat. No extra security on door just entrance set with key that anyone can copy. Advertised as a studio apartment but smaller than a standard pub room. Shower head broken had to hold shower spray head or rest it on soap dish and sit on floor. Can't get in "bathroom" with shower door open. Water barely warm. TV WiFi wouldnt work. Bathroom vanity in kitchenette. Fridge cracked and fizzed all night. Ultra thin windows at waist level looks out to a fence not a garden. No security in this part of property. Wooden floor uneven and creaky. Bed springy and moved with you on floor. No heating. Air con only blew cold dusty air and screen on remote broken. No instructions in room. Uht milk in fridge out of date. Took a few minutes to work out how to flush toilet. Toilet buttons activate small water spout that doesn't stop until you turn off the tap to the toilet cistern and press the button multiple times. NEVER AGAIN.!! Unsafe unsecure uncomfortable and no privacy or room to swing a cat. Rude and short with me on phone when trying to check in. Disgraceful

Had a party to attend so we were really only after a bed to sleep in. The rooms were very clean and tidy and very helpful friendly staff. Will definitely be back if we are heading that way again. Thank you!
