26.05.06I was impressed by the receptionist who addressed me by name when we arrived (she had been waiting for us).
We booked a family room but were upgraded to a 2-bedroom unit. This is a great option when travelling in a family/friends group (it also had a connecting door). There was a large living room and open kitchen (has dishwasher, but no cooking except microwave).
Location is super convenient (short walk, everything is around the corner or < 5 min walk).
26.05.06 We only had a short stay of 1 night but were very impressed with the accomodation and would happily return.The room was large enough, beds were comfortable, bathroom and kitchen facilites were great. Cleanliness was exceptional and although we didn't have time to utilise the facilities , the pool and BBQ area was a lovely surprise. Would highly recommend this place.
26.05.04 Hotel Nelson is very clean and comfortable. Great heated pool. Close to all local attractions and restaurants.
26.05.01 The room was clean and spacious. We stayed in a family room with 2 double beds. It has complete supplies and has its own fridge in the room. However, underneath the sheets, especially the duvet has kind of yellow stain on it and the hot shower doesn’t work well. We also enjoyed swimming in the heated pool. The temperature wasn’t that bad. There’s a lot of cafes and restaurant nearby the hotel, which is pretty convenient. Overall, we had a good well spent long weekend at the hotel.
26.04.18 The location was perfect and close to everything. Walkable distance to shops, restaurants, supermarket, beach. Lots of parking spaces within the lot.
The room was very clean and got everything we need, including a mircrowave and frying pan to make some light refreshements.
The staff were very nice and helpful which made checking in and out so smooth.
Highly recommended.
