Homestead Motel

After staying in a few places, it wasn’t the most expensive place, but everything you could ever need. Excellent value. 👍

The room and facilities were perfectly clean and adequate, but there were no friendly, chatty staff to greet you and nothing out of the ordinary about the motel. It lacked character but was comfortable and well-located next to a Thai restaurant and not that far from shops.

good service, friendly and helpful staff, great location, i arrived late 10.30pm and property manager was very helpful, even though we arrived after hours.

The booking was for the 1 bedroom apartment. Room was spacious, bedding was hard, location easy to get to. Bakery next door. The room was located at the front of the property with a very noisy and busy road. Tea/coffee facilities are provided but only have small cups and no glasses/minimal milk available. The bathroom has a raised in-shower spa bath with step up tiling that is slippery when wet. Shower/bath would not suit anyone who is unsteady on their feet. Also no hand soap was available. With some minor improvements, this would have rated better but was pricey compared to other accommodation in the area.
