I baulked at Rydges price of $738 for a room for 2 nights then found the Mercure was only $***! It was excellent. Hot breakfast included but if you wanted a coffee that wasn’t just instant coffee you were asked to pay, whichI found strange. Who drinks instant coffee?? Such lovely staff here, especially in the bar and restaurant. I wouldreturn

The accommodation was ok but we paid a higher price for Easter but when we checked in they advised us that there would be no room cleaning for our 4 day stay so we were not happy about that and feel we should of been compensated with maybe free parking or something But I must say the staff were very polite and helpful

The front staff member checking in was great! The one when I was leaving was average. The room was smelly, dated and not the cleanest. We had to air it out. The towel rail is hanging off the wall, there was grime around the shower silicon which was gross, and if you start looking, lots of grime on walls etc. Overall - position is great , but overpriced and outdated. There is also no gym.

Good location in CBD and has very clean room. I like the modern setup of rooms compared to others. Good staffs also, very approachable.

Second time staying at this place, everything was as great, staff where nice and helpful.
