Came down for a little birthday trip with my partner. Ideal location to walk across for a morning surf. East Walkable distance from town. And friendly helpful staff. New favourite accommodation in Byron

Great Appt. Location just outside town was perfect. Sitting on the balcony both in the morning and evening was what holidays are all about. If there was a downside it was the walk back from town in the evening. The last few hundred metres was unlit. But that just a minor, we wanted to stay longer.

We enjoyed our stay at Julians. The location was excellent: short walk to the Pass (excellent learner wave/long board wave); across the road from the beach and great coffee kiosk; short walk to Byron central. Apartment was small but very clean with a nice deck & art pieces. Facilties: tiny bar fridge made self-catering difficult and no barbie - maybe one on the deck would be good? We did see a staff member - twice, for about 5 minutes, in 4 days. Would we go back again? Yeah, but we'd be prepared to eat out every night.

Julians is a great location and nice clean apartment but many guests smoke on their balconies blowing smoke into your space. This means you can’t enjoy your patio or even have your patio door open at times. A We prefer a totally non smoking property that is e
