Unfortunately for me, was the only available place in this week a stay, so I have to accept everything, even if at arrive I been place in a room so messy that I beg to change, as was over 7 other totally free. They will allocate you in the last rooms if you stay longer than few day, but this rooms are in front of the open bar live music, where you gonna listen until 2am or more music and crowd very loudly. I have the unfortunate of only speak with Frank, that want to convince me even if I work for hotel for last decade, that sistem allocated you directly there and cannot be moved around, or if you write a special request in the booking they don’t read because to busy (total of 30 rooms). I request a week in advance if I could check out few days before, because I already made a booking extension (you have to do on Monday, even if your have enter on Wednesday or later in the week.), No absolute, your problem. ( I do understand cancellation policy, and I accept the conditions of losing few night pay, but didn’t got a problem with many other hostel, that will credit or refunds you the few days as doesn’t change much for few couples $ especially a week in advance). Maybe they know there are only them and they can leverage on this, but not worthed. Also, every room was a double standard room, change in 6 bed mix, bathroom and shower in the room, can be very smelly and noisy in the night or morning. No locker, or organize space to store in room. Kitchen big, but can be very dirty and fridge pretty disgusting as never check or clean. Each room has door in front of parking that is open 24h so anyone can access without security and if you forget your door open, good luck!
