Great location with a huge pool

We recently stayed at The Resort at Dolphin Heads for a wedding, and everything exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived late check in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. The wedding setup was breathtaking with all the details, the set up, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was just magical. A special highlight was one of the staff members, who sang beautifully during the wedding. A special thank you to Manny, Toto, Jene, and Summer for their outstanding service, they went out of their way to help with my room and made our stay truly stress-free and enjoyable. The facilities were well-maintained, and the views were beautiful. This is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway or a special event. We left with wonderful memories and would love to come back again!

WiFi is only available near reception. A little tired but apparently getting new owners soon. Lovely spot with sea views. Comfy bed, pillows big and firm. Too big for me. Pool looked nice.

Stayed one night at The Resort Dolphin Heads in Mackay and it was incredible. Stunning ocean views right from the resort, absolutely beautiful and peaceful. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Dinner was a highlight — the freshly crumbed chicken parmigiana and seafood were outstanding, thanks to a wonderful chef. A fantastic experience all round. Highly recommend!
