Easy to get and return keys. Apartment was clean and tidy. Had everything we need too. A couple of more rolls of toilet paper in the main loo would have been great. It was perfect for our overnight stay and we will be definitely booking again when we visit Gladstone.

Stayed here on the way to Brisbane. Receptionist was so kind and helpful. Location was perfect. Definitely great value.

Firstly I arrived at the apartment building. Office was shut so I rang the number the lady who answered sounded grumpy and angry. She said did I receive a txt with the instructions to get the room key. I said no. Here’s the pin for the safe. There should be a envelope with your name on it. Safe was empty. She says right I guess we’ll have to come there. Promptly they did arrive. The manager was discussed as the staff never made up the room dispute having the book sent threw earlier enough. I was handed the key went up to the room. Bins were on the bench ironing board in the kitchen, used towels on the floor in the bathroom and bed was unmade. I walked out to find the manager exiting from another room I said it haven’t been cleaned. Right let’s check this room. Same again wasn’t cleaned. He’s call his wife and says he’s m gonna have to send him over to you. I got instructions to go to another apartment building where my wife will sort you out with a room over there. I had to agree. I go over there she does her thing and hands me a room key. I go to the room. 1 bedroom apartment. Um I booked a 2 Bedroom Executive Apartment?? Yes it was just me but you should get what you paid for or better when a huge error occurs. A simple I’ll give you a discount refund some money or for the stuff around have a night on us. But nothing other then a sorry mate.

First impression for an overnight stay, wow! Huge apartment, fully equipped, great location, but when you discover a mans dirty sock on top of the wardrobe that appears when you grab a blanket, leaves a very sour taste in our mouth, quite disgusting really. I was going to mention this to staff when we left but the attitude I received in trying to navigate the safe on arrival to get our room key, I decided ag against it.
